Everything seems hard sometimes

Ex left 2.5 years ago now. 2 ds, now 8 and 5. Really dreadful relationship with ex, he's angry, aggressive, rude, overbearing, pays the legal minimum, demanding more and more contact with boys but they don't want more and more as when he has them he seems to just sit them in front of tv. I work ft, ds are both nightmares to get to bed, I've no family support, I'm absolutely knackered, I get in with boys at 6 pm and it's often 10.30 before I get to sit down and eat with bedtime trauma and cleaning and laundry and homework. The ,or inns are awful I'm so tired I'm dragging myself out of bed at 8 then rushing round like crazy. In the times since ex left I've lost my dad after a long and awful illness, I still have to support my mum, ring every day, visit her - an hours drive away - most weeks, or bring her to stay, which means collecting her. I've no money, no life. And exes attitude to me really really grates. How can he walk out and just leave it all to me. Never in 2.5 years has he ever said, are you ok, can I help, even after I lost my dad. All I get is he wants wants wants, wants me to sell the house, wants the boys for Xmas, wants wants wants. I'm really sorry for myself tonight.
