Child Maintenance if they change jobs?

Hi I am just wondering if anyone knows what happens under the new system if the ex changes jobs and has a new salary?

After the recent changes, I went with arranging a direct payment to avoid the fees, this was calculated based on his job at the time which was low pay and part-time. He has now changed jobs. Do I have to rely on him to be honest enough to recalculate this? Because pigs will fly before that

Contact them advising them. Try to give them as many details as you can. They will contact him/and or his new employer.

My understanding is that he will be asked to provide proof from the new employer, like contract or payslips.
