Co-parenting schedule for three year old?

I'm wondering if any of you have three year olds (or around that age) and what your coparenting schedule looks like, days and overnights etc? What do you do in the holidays and for birthdays/christmas days? What works and what doesn't? At the moment our flexible pattern isn't working (ex is very unreliable & I'd like fixed days/times). Thank you.

I had a similar arrangement to wuckfit at that age. Sun, Mon, Tue with mum, Wed, Thur, Fri with Dad and alternate weekends.

We kept holidays in the normal pattern unless we were actually going away. We split Christmas Day in half so one parent gets the morning and the other gets Christmas dinner. Birthdays we split in half too. The children were at school so one parent would do presents in the morning, the other would have 2/3 hours in the evening to do a birthday tea.

Me and my ex use the Droppa app to schedule our time with the kids. Used to be a nightmare but this seems to make it much simpler. What I like about it is that it involves the kids so we all know ho is where and when.
