Hi ladies

I have a 4 year old and a 15 month old. Both of which are in nursery. My bill is £800 per month for 3 days (which includes the 15 free hours) I work 3 days per week.

My ex-partner doesn’t work, but receives £276 in benefit every other week.

Am I entitled to anything or will am I wasting my time?

I am not sure if you mean from Ex or benefits..

Ex should be paying minimum of £7 a week which is what you would get from CMS

WTC if you search for online calculator it should help you work out.. It is dependant upon your income not your ex's
