I just wanted to ask everyone what meals they make on a weekly basis? :-) I have a 3 year old and she's being a little fussy with food right now!

veggies in white sauce...
lentil chilli
lentil bolognaise
trout/salmon (bought on offer, frozen in small portions) and frozen veggies
red sauce (variety of veggies in tinned tomato and garlic red sauce)

(erm this is not helping a fussy child... )

oh and beans with toast
and fishfingers, oven chips and peas, sweetcorn and brussel sprouts. (they are in a sprout loving phase, oddly)

find veggies/fruit she will eat and try to go with a variety of those. cereals are often forified look in the side to see what she is getting.

if she drinks milk she will get plenty of protein from that. (even on cereal) ( they need very little protein at that age I calculated the dc's got most of their daily requirement from their milk on cereal.

Baked potato (frozen ones that can be microwaved a god send when dd having a hunger-induced-post-nursery meltdown) with grated cheese mixed with grated carrot (hide the veg!). Fresh stuffed pasta also v quick. Speed is of the essence in this house!
