MamaG · 07/11/2006 21:07

5 mins with hair straighteners.

tinted moisturiser, mascara, slick of lip gloss, bit of blusher/bronzer.

No fleece, jeans and trainer uniform.

mustrunmore · 07/11/2006 21:08

Just get up before said other person and brush your hair/clean teeth!

LadyTophamHatt · 07/11/2006 21:08

just make sure the night before was fantastic and he won't care what you look like

maggiesmama · 07/11/2006 21:08

Have I read this wrong?! I thought you meant how to look good when you walk out of the door.

I've got a very clean mind

Yeah, just shag him til he can't see straight

K, do you have long hair?

If so, try putting it in a plait before bed. I used to do this when I had long hair, no matter how drunk.

Facial wipes! A key component of the handbag.

Ditto those Oral B throwaway toothbrushes.

If I were out to go get laid, I had a kit: condoms, a couple of facial wipes in a small plastic bag, Optrex eye drops, throwaway toothcleaner and TINTED LIP BALM!

A must b/c then it looks like you're just putting on lip balm.

Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser.

End of.

Youth and good looks help, too, although I no longer possess those.

expatinscotland · 07/11/2006 21:12

Oh, a spritz of perfume.

A friend of mine (man seducing expert, though not lucky in love) used to get up really early(6am) and put a face full or make-up on before the seducee woke up so that she would look fantastic when he opened his eyes. She had short hair so that was never a problem. This concept was always alien to me as I guessed I thought that if they liked the dolled up party me they would have to get used to the no make-up back end of a bus look too. Now I am clinging on to my early thirties and single I think I need to change my thinking dramatically. If I wasn't so scared I would opt for tatooed make-up. Now I think there must be something to this 24hour perfection and going to get Mrs Beckham's book of hot tips. When I eventually put myself back on the market, I will ensure that I am constantly glamourous even at 4am. Well I have good intentions anyway!

hoolagirl · 09/11/2006 11:51

I would make sure that they've seen me look like shit prior to getting them into bed (if they hadn't run a mile by then) and then it wouldnt be so much of a shock !

WhizzBangCaligula · 09/11/2006 11:52

Hmm, like the get laid kit.

WhizzBangCaligula · 09/11/2006 11:54

Men wake up and want to shag you, they don't care what you look like. And if he's any good, you'll look gorgeous - all flushed with orgasm.

If you're not, you're not going to want him to hang around anyway.

hoolagirl · 09/11/2006 11:57

Or just snuggle in so they can't see your pasty face haha!

sanchpanch · 09/11/2006 20:41

get some olay sunshine skin that builds up a gradual tan, with a bit of colour you will look fine, also a breath freshner under the pillow.

7up · 09/11/2006 20:46

i used to hate morning sex, stinky breath, smelly fanny, bushy hair, ughhhh

WideWebWitch · 09/11/2006 20:48

I so so so agree with Caligula, came onto this thread to post it and she'd got there first!

Tinker · 09/11/2006 23:16

This is why I never remove make-up at bedtime.

maggiesmama · 09/11/2006 23:32

have reigned in the dates a bit... because i seem to attract, er, pervs (why? why? she wailed) and because i got p-o'ed because i never seemed to fancy anyone. think i am slightly hung up on an ex. which is a bummer. although... i am exchanging emails with a boy i kissed on nye about 6 years ago. who i recall was very nice indeed. and he had dissapeared back stateside, and i went back to my little town. and he has got back in touch..

i started this thread cos i looked at myself in the mirror a couple of days ago and suddenly though about it. dont remeber looking this shcoking a few years ago...
