Single parent to 1 year old

Hi im new to this in my early 20s and a single mum to a 1 year old.. Looking to speak to other mums who are in the same situation as me feeling like I don't have many mum friends to speak to! X

I am not in 20's and have an 8 year old but left my Ex when DS was 10 months old.

It is a good age to get them out to toddler groups, park with the summer coming up but nights are very long

Hiya what does ds mean ? and yeah my little one loves the park we have tried a few groups out but never really get to talking to people x

ds means dear son./darling son

dd darling daughter

you don't necessarily have to find people the same age, or in the same situation, just someone with a similar outlook.
