I received a letter today saying that CSA is changing to CMO, which seems better, but the CMO will not take over until November.
At present I am not getting any money towards our DS, so called CSA, and they have no clue where he is, as he has come off benefits. And for them to find him would take a few months, and then another few months to set up a payment, so they said I might as well wait for CMO.

So nothing from him until at least November. Very helpful!!!!!

FWIW I'm with the new system already. They have tracked him down and got a grand total of £7.20(ish) before he signed off. He has been served with a liability order but as he has no income (works cash in hand) and has no car/driving license/house there is very little they can do.

They have said it could end in a jail sentence for him. Not what I want at all but I'm leaving it with them to run it's course. I doubt DD will ever see a penny.

CSA are dragging their feet and leaving cases to be taken over by the CMO.

I'm in similar situation altho CSA have tracked twatface down, he's working but no money as yet.

I'm amusing myself by calling them once a month for updates.

Previously they had an attachment of earnings order on his pay, which was very funny, especially when in court he demanded the payments be deducted from any spousal maintenance I was awarded (which he also failed to pay).

If I abdicated all financial responsibility towards my DC I'd end up in prison.
