Hi,

I am a single mum to three (DD18, DD8 and DS5) and will be a grandma by May. And I am only 38! Is there anyone else out there like me? I am supporting us all, and ok at the mo, but just wndered if anyone else was in a similar situation and absolutely bricking it!

Hi,

Im a single mum to just the one ds (6), but my mum was in a similar situation to you. I am one of 6 and my older sister was pregnant at 15 with twins so it was an awful situation! We had to go without, even at christmas so mum could afford things for the babies..my younger brothers took it hard as they couldnt understand why they didnt have any christmas presents! Everything will work out fine, babies dont cost a fortune these days, especially with ebay

I'm a single mum to two and another on the way..

I'm sure you will be great!! Is there no way your 18 year old can apply for housing?

I'm supporting 5 children including the ones at university who aren't as far as I know pregnant yet. But I could easily be a grandmother now at 44 if they were. No reason why your 18 year old can't support herself and her daughter, though is there?
