home delivery service of essentials when you're ill?

I've got the flu to the point I can't lift my head or stand up without it feeling like my head's going to fall off legs gonna collapse, n I'm gonna vom & faint! Am in so much pain! Is there any company /shop that provides a same-day delivery service where I can pay with card over phone? The best I can find is ocado app with next day delivery.
If not its ok, I'll harness some inner strength- the shop is Just 5 mins walk but this seems impossible, know that sounds pathetic but even walking to kitchen is too much right now!

In this area, age uk do 'home from hospital' which will help if u have just come out of hospital. This would not help here but maybe other charity could hlp.
