Does anyone know if the court takes into consideration time spent with half brothers during seasons like christmas, birthdays, easter.
And also if the half brother is disabled and we all have to travel to take my daughter to spend time with her daddy, would the court see this as not feasible if its on a friday straight after school, when half brother gets dropped by special needs bus at 4pm, and then having to travel 100miles to london so main child can have contact.
