Hi, this is my first time on here. I'm really desperate for advice. I have two girls. They father has not provided for them for the past two years. I have went and back and forward with the csa to tell them he is working. But self employed. They keep coming back saying he has no income they can assess. I'm gobsmacked. Can anyone help?.xx

Isn't there a new CSA now? sorry I can't remember what's it's called off hand but you can google it.

They're shit with self employed dads, and if he's giving them a pack of lies and hiding assets it's really difficult.

A friend of mine is in the same position, her exH swans around in a new car clothes etc, pays £5 a week because all his income (self employed) is in his new wife's name Hmm
