Just looking for the pros and cons.
Considering filing tomorrow. Keep getting threats from the ex through a third party, police not doing much although I am logging through 101.
Have a child contact order going on which he started so I don't want it looking like I'm doing this so he looks bad but I've ha enough. I've moved away from him and I'm constantly hearing he's looking for my new address. He wen filed a claim through the small claims to get at me.
Would it cover my dp as well as me and my children?

Not sure you woiuld get one if harassment is through a third party. They are not foregone conclusions.

How would contact work with a non mol?

Your ex would if course have the opportunity to defend himself in court where it may get finalised it dismissed.

You may get an ex parte order for a few weeks until the court date

SW has said we need to meet in public place with CCTV, kids get out of one car into another and we'll have a contact book.
Bit gutted to hear that, he always gets the third party to do his dirty work. We just wan to live in peace.
