Supposed to be meeting ex tomorrow at meeting point to drop the kids off. Contact was arranged through SW at last meeting, time and place was confirmed but then ex got huffy about something else and stormed out of meeting. SW has seen him since but I haven't managed to get hold of her to confirm. She's now off sick.
So, do I pack a weekend case an go anyway, run the risk of shit head not turning up and breaking kids hearts, yet again or not turn up and risk the whole "well you never turned up for contact" in court? I already take the blame constantly for him to the kids and to be quite honest I'm fast running out of excuses for him, I'm sick of taking the flack cause he can't be arsed. But then I don't wanna hurt my babies feelings by them feeling let down AGAIN!

Speak to another social worker at the same office ?

It's a thought I suppose, I can't see her letting anyone else in the office know though, do they write up on the computer after each visit? Maybe it'll be logged?

I expect it will be on the computer, yes.
