Going to court with ex on Wednesday-just need some support

Hi all,

My ex is taking me to court over more access I'm just really anxious as he still makes me so nervous (domestic violence situation). Also my DD is having to go wit me and she is stressed too. Can I arrange different waiting rooms? I ate seeing him. He is arrogant and confident and I find it hard to get my points across due to nerves and his presence.

Any advice?

Order still stand no overnights on Thursdays!! Ex got harsh talking to about my dds fears of him. Hope he keeps his word to be nicer??

Thank you

well done ROZ and dd.

chances of him keeping promise may be slim. But at least he knows people will listen and that your DD has a voice that will be heard.

Thank you !! Yes at last he has seen he is not always right and bullying achieves nothing. He has also seen the truth about my dds feelings and ESP as she used to say she hates me and scared of me!! My dd has gone for weekend but she was so scared even though the cafcass officer said warned my ex to not discuss anything. Do u think I can phone cafcass officer if he does?

yes you definitely can.

If there are safeguarding issues they would be proactive in looking out for DD as she has already expressed her anxiety to them.
