Ive just had a letter from the CSA. I have two children with me and EX has one with him. He made a claim last yr for the one with him and I made one for the two with me, it all got pathetic and we both cancelled in the end. I didnt want anything from him and if the child with him needed anything he'd just ask.
Today Ive had a letter saying about the new rules etc and how charges wont affect me because I pay him direct!! It goes on to say they will be sending me a payment plan on the 11th August! It says my ex can call them if any payments arent made......we agreed we werent making payments, now Im worried they could hit me for back pay, he didnt cancel did he? How gulliable and thick am I? God sake - I HATE that man so much!

Oh god. No advice but what a shit he is. An absolute shit.

Im wondering if its a computer generated type thing, just to let me know of the changes, although looking back, two of the kids were with him when he first initiated the claim, one with me, now two are with me and one with him. Its 1000 fine if you dont let them know of changes, bet he hasnt. Wondering whether to ring them or wait and see what my "payment plan " is like when it lands on my door step in August.

AND - it came to my works! Really peed me off that, they have my bloody address!
