I have received a letter from CSA saying ExH payments will continue for another year at £5 a week...

I have read somewhere that that it was going up to £7 a week for those on benefits.. Is this not correct?

That's for new CMS cases isn't it? If your case is with the CSA, it will stay at the CSA rate until your case is moved.

Oh thanks..That is good to know.. I don't think I can even be bothered to claim if I have to pay £20 to claim loose 4% as no way I want contact who has no contact with Ex.. £5 or £7 is not going to make a difference to us just nice to know.

There are currently no charges to claim even under the CMS and you would only get charged the 4% if you were refusing direct payment, which you're not.
