I am trying to help a friend who is trying to get divorced but whose controlling ex-p is refusing to divulge his finances, (he is self-employed). I recently read on here a brilliant post from a divorce lawyer saying the legal process/name of how your solicitor gets the ex to go to court and they demand he fesses up or gets "in trouble". Unfortunately I cannot remember the poster's name, so can anybody remind me so I can look it up? Also, I have one other question for her that would be very useful. Many thanks.
