I'm here. Fathers Day doesn't even register for me these days, XP went 5yrs ago and my dad died 4yrs ago. I don't need to get cards for anyone.

DD made me a 'fathers' day card at school .

Well Father's Day in my house - my ex left eight years ago leaving me a one yr old and a six yr old in a terrible mess because he got badly drunk at a family party came home and beat me up ( this is a respected man in the community ) fast forward and he's hardly seen the children despite my daughter begging him to see her , he would not , telling me I would pay for reporting his violence !!! The children hv struggled as hv I , I divorced him and went through years of fighting as he still verbally abused me and emotionally abused them( he also stole all their money from their accounts ) . my children just want a dad who loves them unconditionally . I have no family support and his entire family wont see them as they also use them as a pawn in this ( they cannot accept their son as violent despite me ending up in hospital) . To add to this my son was nine yesterday and got nothing from him at all !

So today we went and had fun at Harry potter world weve also been to florida and turkey over the years , my support has been an amazing counseller and great friends. I spent my time supporting their self esteems and love them dearly , it's just me no one else but a good god father but we are ok , they are growing into great people and that's my doing, only mine . A father he is not , a waster with personality disorder he is , so big it up to us mums all of us who are doing our best as we love our children unconditionally and always will xxx
