34 year old single mother with a 6 year old son looking to set up a house/flat share in the Colliers Wood / Tooting area.
We are currently enjoying our privacy in a place on our own however, the prospects of saving some money on rent and bills as well as the occasional babysitting are very appealing!
I work full time in the City, am very youthful and my son is equally vivacious. Someone similar would be great.
Looking at max rent of GBP 1,400 p/m i.e. GBP 700 each p/m plus bills.
My contract is coming up for renewal on the 1st July, so I will be able to move by then or anytime after as long as I have enough notice to let the agents know.
