Tell me what the point of this was?

I'm just venting!

Dc's birthday yesterday, no call, text, card, anything from his dad. Thankfully ds didnt seem to notice. However i would like to know what the point was of exp calling me a few years ago and asking me DC's date of birth so he could get it tattoed on his arm (which he then did). I mean, you find this date important enough to have it permanently etched on your skin, how come it's not actually important enough for you to acknowledge the date when it comes round? Hmm

Wibu to take a lazer remover to his arm?

YWNBU.

Can you do it to my ExH also? He has a tattoo of DDs name. The DD he told me the week before the tattoo he didn't love Hmm the mind boggles.

It's mind boggling isn't it. What a tool.

Sorry don't know how old your DS is but haveyou anything planned to say to DS if he does raise this later?

Ds is 5. I honestly dont think he will ask as apart from his EOW contact exp just doesnt bother with them. I am more worried for older ds who will be 9 in july and no doubt will have no acknowledgement either. It's the same every year, i dont know why i expect it to be any different. Just pissed off for them.
