Received court papers!!

Ive been served with court papers today by my ex, form c100 & c1a.
Allegations include that I have an harassment order against me - I don't, its simply a Police Information Notice and that our kids are at risk of emotional abuse from ME!
Im completing the "Response to allegations of harm" (C1a) and ive mentioned about the order not being an order, do I need to state that I disagree with the emotional harm and go into detail?
Thanks

Urgh, what a nasty piece of work your ex is.

I've no advice sorry but will watch this thread with interest as its exactly the sort of thing I expect my ex to do.

try and stick to facts and factual information. be wary of getting into anything which looks like he said/she said.

It says I verbally abused him in front of the children on several occasions....obv just a row we had.....Im thinking I might just leave this part?
Im now working on my statement, does anyone have any advice on this? What to put etc? Its difficult cause hes gone for a residence order but they aren't in even place any more.

I'm about to serve these exact papers on my ex.

Because I fully expect him to do the same to me! (without good reason I add, other than to spite me).

What tit for tat waste of money it all is :(

The law changed last month (April 2014) and I'm noticing lots of new threads like this popping up all over the lone parent forums I'm on. There's definately something stirring in the system for that many absent fathers tO suddenly take action, so it just be beneficial to them somehow.

I agree with this. Stick to putting things that can be fully backed up with evidence in your statement. Otherwise everything else will just be seen as tit for tat.

The entire form is full of bullshit, hes even got our daughters DOB completely incorrect on the damn thing! States contact was in place until Aug 2013 when I stopped it - I only left him in August!! IDIOT!
