I've one dd who is nearly 17 mths. I keep looking at holidays as I really would like a change of scene. As i'm on my own though, I always think that it may be more hassle than it's worth and I should use the facilities where I live more. I'm on the coast.

Obviously she's in to everything right now and on the move constantly.

Can anyone recommend somewhere that might be suitable for us or am I asking too much?

I don't want to palm her off or anything, I just want somewhere safe and enjoyable for us both where I won't be the only lone parent. Oh and abroad, anywhere, would be great. Oh and somewhere where you don't have to pay extortionat single supplements.

yeah I had wondered about centre parks but I should imagine 6 months makes quite a difference doesn't it? She's good company and great as a dinner guest/entertainment so that doesn't worry me. Oh, I dunno, I don't want to feel left out when there's the conventional family aroung kwim?
