Help for single mum to be

Someone I know has just found out she is pregnant, she is on her own and will be when the baby is born. Can anyone recommend support groups, websites etc that may be of help to her?

My sister is a member of single mothers by choice (because she had her twins by IVF treatment on her own) and she found that site helpful but I think it might be mostly Americans.
