How do you get through the evenings? I miss the cuddles on the sofa watching a film with my OH.... I dont want to watch a film alone? How do you get through it and what do you do instead?

I have posted on your other thread OP, if you don't want to watch a film alone then do something else. I love watching films alone as my dd (nearly 5) likes to hijack netflix and I end up with smurfs on!or something equally irritating! (she has sleep issues and can manage on a max of 6 hours sleep per 24 hours!!). I like to watch series as opposed to films as they are broken down into nice blocks so you can still watch something but have time to do something else!

Not a single parent but my Dp is a little old man --in his head and goes to bed at 8pm.

Find something you enjoy! I sew, cook, paint and craft. But even if I don't have the energy for that stuff can still look up recipes or my next project.
Could you use the time to better yourself? A language CD or online course?
