Now my ex has a step child living with him, does this lessen my csa payments?

We had a pet frog for a while, I think it came from next for door (i think they have a pond) and took up residence in our damp leaky lean to utility room.

We've seen him (or his descendant) in the garden since.

the frog may in fact have been a toad, who knows!

IneedAsockamnesty · 31/01/2014 20:12

My poor ex does not even show up even when I give him petrol money and wouldn't know what an olive was,he does know what a laughing cow cheese triangle is the same toddler tends to shove those in other people's shoes

IneedAsockamnesty · 31/01/2014 20:14

And it's incredibly useful for speech muscles

Monetbyhimself · 31/01/2014 20:19

Do the cheese triangles need prompting from evil mummy to find there way into daddys shoes ?

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 20:21

Sock how do you teach your child these ingenious things. Gutted I never bought cheese triangles with shopping now they got ditched in favour of the wine

FrogStarandRoses · 31/01/2014 20:37

if a NRP doesn't like that. Tough shit, quite frankly

Yes, that same tough shit that RP face when NRP have the audacity to move on and decide that the benefits to their DCs of sharing their life with a step or half sibling outweighs the reduction in CM. Get over it, ladies Wink

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 20:44

Oh Frog... Find a grip and take hold love. You will find that RP with useless NRP have gotten over it doesn't mean we can't feel for people going through it or see the injustices of it.

We do the work, we put in the hours, we pay for our children and make sure they have what they need.

Our kids are looked after and happy not because of the NRP but regardless of them.

basgetti · 31/01/2014 20:44

Frogs, you do realise that CM is for the benefit of DCs don't you? So in that instance it is actually the children who are facing the 'tough shit.' Your little dig there seems to suggest you view CM as a bonus for RPs, which I guess would explain why you seem to view it as optional.

Monetbyhimself · 31/01/2014 20:45

Olives and chips.

Pass Frog the vinegar cos she's got a huge one,

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 20:46

Oh and Frog untwist those knickers. They are clearly cutting off the blood circulation to your upper body namely your brain

FrogStarandRoses · 31/01/2014 20:46

meep yeah, the real pity is when the RP is flaky, there is no way for the NRP to assure the wellbeing of the DCs.

I wonder who sleeps better at night?

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 20:47

Monet I have a box (yes I love that it's a box) of wine. Come join me Grin

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 20:49

I think my ExH sleeps great in his comatose drunken drugged up state.

I sure as hell know I wake up feeling better than him though.

Monetbyhimself · 31/01/2014 20:54

I sleep perfectly Froggie. Unlike Ex who is knee deep in shitty nappies, screaming newborns and an OW who seems to be seeing more and more of his mask slipping with every broken nights sleep Grin

Is it red or white Meep ? I only drink expensive wine.

IneedAsockamnesty · 31/01/2014 20:56

You would think that with all these flaky neglectful RP's whose children have dedicated wonderful NRP's that the discrepancy would be rather obvious.

I often wonder how the current partners of some of these nrp's will feel a few years down the line when the perfect NRP is the NRP to their child, wonder if they are still perfect?

And no I didn't need to teach toddler it kinda started with shoe licking and moved on a bit

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 20:56

Monet I couldn't decide so went for rose. And seriously how selfish think of the children, it's obviously cheap shite it's not it's good

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 20:58

Dammit Sock we've only just reached the shoe licking, I will have to bide my time.

Monetbyhimself · 31/01/2014 21:01

I have toddler teeth marks on a pair of boots. Expensive ones natch. No poncey licking here, it's hardcore biting.

I find Rose a bit on the sweet side. Have sent the 7 year old to the offy. They know her well there.

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 21:03

Is it walkable or does she have to get a bus?

Not concerned about the safety obviously just the length of time it will take to get back to you? Little legs remember. Could of left them in the house and gone yourself, drinking some on the way back kills the time normally. Or wait... Maybe that is her plan Shock

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 21:04

Has Frog hopped off into the wilderness again?

Monetbyhimself · 31/01/2014 21:05

She walks. We live 700 miles from the nearest shop.

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 21:07

What you mean you don't have a goat for her to ride on?

Monetbyhimself · 31/01/2014 21:09

The goat is ill. Too many posh olives. Bastard.

MeepMeepVrooooom · 31/01/2014 21:10
Grin
basgetti · 31/01/2014 21:14

Hang on Frogs, last time I had a discussion with you on a thread you were arguing that RPs had no right to complain about useless NRPs who don't bother with their DCs, as the RP always has the option to abandon the children too and if they don't its their lookout. But now RPs are flaky and NRPs are desperately concerned about their DCs. Which is it? Or is it just that from your point of view RPs are always in the wrong?
