I'm a single mum of 3 and just found out I'm pg again, the father doesn't want and if I decided to go ahead then I'm on my own!

I'm trying to cover everything before I decide what to do and once thing that popped up is maintenace that I honestly don't know the answer to as my EH has never paid a penny for my 3 DC!

The father of this baby has a child by his ex wife and pays monthly for him not through the CSA it's through a court order!

My question is how will I stand if I decide to go for maintenace ? Can I go through the CSA or would I also have to do through the courts?

In fairness our convo hasn't even got that far, and if he means what he says that he wants nothing to do with baby then I prob won't even bother trying to get it

CSA is probably the simplest route to go down.

No you can go to CSA..they will calculate the maintenece taking into account the court order for ex

So I believe it's 15% for 1 child and 20% for two so as it would be diff partners would his ep continue to get 15% and I would get the 5% if I decided to go down this route?
