So exb left me and dc daughter on day 6! Went out to start with every night. Had to take dd back to hospital and he was sending me so many nasty messages I had to change my number!!!

Then he decided to pay for her for about 3 weeks before moving in with some other ex of his....started demanding to see her before he paid any more!!!

I went to the csa and they said he worked 17 hours pw and was due £30 a week!!! I know that's a load of bull and gets paid the rest in cash!

Just can't believe how far he's prepared to go not to pay for his child!

Little when he left I had even hadn't even had a chance to register her so I had to register her with just myself and so he wrote on his fb that I was a dirty slapper who didn't know who her dad is!!

Just ignore him as he is doing his level best to wind you up and push your buttons. He will be loving it if you react to him and his shittyness,
he is your exb for a reason. And he sounds like a massive pain in the arse tool.

If he gets paid cash in hand and isn't declaring it in order to avoid paying tax/vat then that is fraud and any civic-minded person would only be doing their duty to report him.

He works 17 hours per week declared and the rest he gets cash in hand undeclared? His employers should be fully declaring his earnings they are paying him. Do the CSA make a deduction of earnings automatically from his wages?

No I had only made an initial claim so they were trying to get one set up between us. Yes, he works so many hours which he gets a pay check for the rest are cash.

We live in a small village so if I phone hmrc and the pub gets shut down where he works I will be known as the bad one as this has gone on for a long time and with other staff members!

sadly some men go all out not to pay for their children. And it can leave the mum pissed off. its a shame on him that he feels the need to behave like that. Let the CSA do their calculation on what he should be paying and if he doesn't do it the right way they will hopefully come down on him but it may take time. try not to let it get to you I know its hard. As for the name calling he is being out of order and shows just what sort of person he is.

My Ex pays £10 a fortnight and has never worked...I am sure it pissed him off I went to CSA and he has to pay £5 a week that he could spend on drugs...
