Can STBXH apply for a passport for DS without my consent?

So I found out that STBXH has applied for a Nigerian passport for DS and plans to take him to the embassy on Friday.

I've been on their website and it clearly states that he needs both parents' consent since we are both on the birth certificate.

He can't do that can he? unless he's lied or..?

I'm livid at the moment.

No he can't. Maybe contact the embassy yourself to warn them.
