New relationship advice please...

Hi, I'm a lone parent to an 8 yr old DD, just been the 2 of us (plus extended family) since she was born. I now have a new man in my life and I'm torn on how to intoduce them. Should I wait until we have proper fallen for each other before I broach the subject with her, or introduce them early to make sure everyone can get on before things get too heavy?

First of all congratulations! I would wait untuil you are sure of him and his commitment to you. You will know when the time is right. Trust your own instincts. It sounds like you have been very sensible regards men in your childs life so far and not introducing anyone who is not a keeper so I'm sure you will make the right choice. Good luck and enjoy xxx
