Hi, I have just separated with my husband, he hasn't officially moved out but he hasn't been staying in our home for the past week, we have had a few problems and I told him I wanted to end out marriage, so he is giving me some space!!! (His words)
As he is not here I have put in a claim for tax credits and income support as a lone parent.
My question is if I get my benifits then for some reason we decided to work things out, do I just cancel my claims? And would I have to pay any money's back?
