So today was the day my ex was summoned to court for the arrears on CSA, he has not paid a penny or made any attempt to cooperate with them since we slips 5 years ago.
Not sure yet if he even showed up, but even if he didn't the case will go ahead without him, it will just reflect even more badly on him as it will show he is making no effort to support his kids.
They are trying to get a court order to enable them to collect money from him I.e bailiffs etc.
CSA have told me it might be weeks before I hear bavk from them, which is killing me desperate to know the outcome, anyone tske had any experiance with CSA and court? If so how did it go?
