Maintenance nrp abroad

My Xh was paying maintenance for our dc when he first left. However he soon stopped paying when he met his new partner as she earns to support them both. I've not received a penny since and I've heard that they are now moving abroad, where he will work. The problem is I'm not sure where they are moving to so I'm not sure if the csa can be used or whether ill have to get a remo. Is there anyway that I can trace him if I have no idea where in the world he is? He hadn't seen our dc for 5 years, and has had no contact except for the odd birthday card that I made clear was not welcome.

If he's dtill in uk, use csa
If not then contact the remo unit who will help trace him if he's abroad; they do it for free too; google remo website for details including relevant countries (most countries) and contact your local magistrate for regional remo unit to help you; takes a while as does any legal process but they will find him and enforce payment
Hope you squeeze some cash out of the bastard!

NatashaBee he walked out on me and his 3 dc and hasn't seen us since. Its like we don't exist and he doesn't care about us. He started a new life with his new wife and family, he even gave his job in order to stop paying CSA for our dc. His new wife has a good job and so he says he left his job to look after their children. He lies all the time and I don't want my dc to have anything to do with him, something that the older ones have also said.

I did use the CSA however they have failed to trace him at all in the UK.
His new wife is originally from abroad so they think he has gone there as there is nothing in the UK in his name (driving licence, passport, electrol roll council tax etc). I don't know where he is living, can I get a remo without knowing which country he is in? Surely they don't contact every country on the list and I or the rest of his family don't have a clue. His new wife is originally from China so if they have gone there is there anyway I can get any money, its not in the list for remo's.
