Not paying maintenance but sponsoring gf to reside in uk

Just want some thought on this.

My ex does not pay any maintenance towards our 2 DC and never really has. CSa are involved but pretty useless as they can't find any info on him.
Now he has gf from abroad and sponsoring her to come over with her child and reside with him. He will be taking responsibility for both of them. He needs to show his finances to prove he can provide for them.

Is there anything I can do to show the border agency that he doesn't provide for his own DC so should not be able to sponsor other people?

if you think he is being fraudulent you could shop him.

if he has a job then CSA should be able to do something

if he is self employed and fiddling figures and how it is presented to diff agencies then it may all look perfectly legitimate

how much money do you think you could get out of him? if thousands of pounds maintenance then do something.
if tens of pounds per week then not worth it

if he sees them he pays for them when he has them right ?

He's on a 6 figure salary but is a self employed contractor so is able to fiddle the figures.

Yes he pays for them when he has them but that is 2 a month for 2 nights.

The rest of the time I'm providing for them.

I asked him to buy uniform, stationery and have haircuts before school and he flatly refused, that gets to me. He gets away with not paying for his children.
