Hi

Has anyone had any experience in self repping in court? I can't afford a solicitor and not entitled to legal aid despite DV.

I've just downloaded c100 forms and feeling totally overwhelmed.

If it were me in the same situation I would inform him and either state if no refusal of consent is received by x date then I will understand that to mean you do consent.should you refuse consent then I will apply for a court order granting me permission.

Or if he was an arse who knew how to get a passport alert or how to get customs to stop you then I would just go and request an order as soon as he got stroppy about it.

But I have no problem with going to court its not something I find bothersome or even problematic and my personal experience with regard to prohibited steps or specific issues orders are positive in that I've obtained everyone I've ever asked for.
