Finally after input from local MP getting some money from CSA fingers crossed. Will arrears be paid at new amount or old calculation?

After 16 months of CSA doing nothing they have rang today to say there will be a deduction of earnings in place and I should have some child support in October 2013.

The new payments are going down by £20.00 a week. I will be getting the arrears included over the next years will the arrears be based on the new calculation or the old?

i think you need that answer from the csa themselves....i know its a pain ringing them ( numerous security questions and being passed from person to person), but they are really the only ones who can tell you....good luck
