So predictable! Despite seeing kids two days a wk ex is now trying to bully me into more contact and he must be hardly ever working at the moment! I got his wage slip (big pay rise) and P60 (he is not paying the recommended 20%) and presented it to him at last mediation meeting. Now he is playing yet another underhand game ready for the disclosure of finances next month. Its all so f**king tiresome and predictable. I can't afford a solicitor so I have to go along with this facade. Should I just rise above his petty game playing? Thing is me and the kids are going to be struggling but if he wants to play silly games and not pay the proper amount thats up to him, let it be on his conscience. Utter knob!!!!

It makes no odds.

I've seen this sort of thing a number of times in finance hearings where one party does this sort of thing to attempt to get an order in their favour. He will have to demonstrate this is a long-term arrangement and it'll be apparent what he's doing. If I were assisting you in this matter I'd advise you to have a diary of when contact has taken place and to base cross examination if it comes to it on these facts.

Thanks Lost. We were not married but were engaged to be. I don't know if its easier to wriggle out of stuff when no solicitors or divorce is involved? I just wish he would get on with his life and let me get on with mine.
