Could I get in trouble for not telling ex me and DD are moving?

My ex sees DD about 2 hours a fortnight if that, supervised by me, with my dad also in the house as I live with him.
Ex loses his temper easily (with baby DD also), and has a violent record though nothing against me recorded.
I wouldn't feel safe being alone in a home when he knows where I am, so am planning to continue visits at my dads and not tell him we're moving (it's only 10 minutes away).

I was just wondering, if this goes to court will I get in trouble for not telling him DD is living at a different address? (I can't see him bothering to as hes made it very clear he dislikes DD, but I won't be giving unsupervised contact until she is able to look after herself and tell someone if he's abusing or hurting her so court is a possibility)
He is on the birth certificate so has PR.

No, you won't get into trouble. If your ex could be arsed going to court (and he'd have to pay, btw, no Legal Aid available) to get a contact order, the order would specify that you must make the child available for contact, it would not say that contact should take place in your home.
