Oh my goodness, I ask him one thing tonight and you'd have thought I was asking him to find me bigfoot! I want to kill him. Is this normal?

Yes if he doesn't want to do it. My ExH is supremely selfish and if he is busy shagging OW then nothing will get him to do something to help his DD. For example yesterday he had DD overnight she had been swimming the day before failed to dry and return swimming kit to school so she had to swim in Dance leotard yesterday. I asked could he not drop in swimming kit to my house for today no he was too busy could I not just dry sopping wet heavy cotton leotard and then she could swim in it again. No thought to chlorine destroying leotard and who will have to buy another one of those. Apologies rant over now.

Oh how annoying. Funny isn't it, how they chop and change things to suit themselves. Apparantly part of his bugbear was that I never went out. Well apart from that being a bit of an exaggeration, whenever my friends contact me to go out he can't have the kids. Funny that!!! Never mind the nights I didn't know where he was and I had to stay in looking after them!!!

think you have missed a few there....try fuck, bugger and bollocks too...

DotCottonsHairnet · 22/06/2013 10:20

My stbxh is like that too. Letting the children down over promises etc. has gone from a good Dad to total twonk in 7 months - wonder if the bimbo he is shagging has something to do with it?

DotCottonsHairnet · 22/06/2013 10:21

Btw the wanting to kill feeling is very normal - maybe not kill but perhaps slap some sense into them? One day they might realise its too late and they have killed their relationships with their children?

iwantanafternoonnap · 22/06/2013 14:20

I'd like to blow the bollocks off my Ex and watch while he suffers and delay calling the ambulance...........

Holliewantstobehot · 22/06/2013 14:24

trumphy - totally know about that one. spent half our marriage telling me I had no friends, while he stayed out all night at least once a week. post breakup he will happily cancel plans to have dcs for a night out but if i ask him to have them on a specific night he can't!

Theydeserve · 23/06/2013 21:46

Ah yes know the feeling well.

Todays excuse for why we can not know when he is going to see the DCS more than 24hrs in advance.

And I quote -

" I have to er um, do pick up for OWs DCs, who he now lives with"

Fuck his own children over for his new shag and her DCS. It happens so often or he agrees to something, then discusses it later with her and the plan changes.

Twunt, selfish wanker, tosser, shit, arsehole and any other word comes frequently to mind!

Holliewantstobehot · 23/06/2013 22:08

My ex once told me he was going to have to pick the kids up 3 hours later than planned because of work, then phoned me 5 mins before pick up to say his boat had broken down and was stuck out at sea. And no he does not work in a boat.

FacebookAnonymous · 24/06/2013 08:16

Perhaps we should buy a boat, put them all in it and set them adrift Grin

Chandras · 24/06/2013 08:28

At least yours are still around... Mine fell in love and dumped his own kid, it is years since he last saw DS. He is now an active and very involved parent at his stepson school. To justify himself about the conflictive behaviour, he just passes the blame and says I don't let him see DS.

I have assumed I'm a widow, it makes things easier.

trumphy · 26/06/2013 22:28

Ha ha, just managed to log back in and see your responses, made me feel better to know I'm not the only one. I asked him about money today, dun dun derrrr. Big one I know, simple question, just trying to figure out my budget this month, and he went on about how I should be paying him!!!! Poor him has to pay the bills for a month until he moves into his new place. When I came off the phone I thought, hang about, you still live here and use everything, so yes you still should pay the bloody bills! They have a knack of trying to make you feel guilty for everything don't they!?
