Hi split up with the partner who now surprise surprise refusing to pay! Just wondered how it works goin through CSA. What do you need to do? And does it effect what you receive as tax credits?

Sorry to hear about the split, or congratulations, depending on the circumstances!

Just look on the CSA website (google) and it tells you what you need to claim. It's very easy, although very slow! And no it doesnt affect tc. X
