Some ExH left has sometime relationship with OW who has daughter same age as DD. OW is still her husband the rest of the time who knows everything.
There have been events where all 5 of them have gone together. But last Sunday takes the biscuit ExH, OW'sH and the two girls went to a May fair for a whole day together OW was according to DD looking after the dog (translates as in alcoholic stupor - whole other story).
I wonder what DD (9) will look back on this time and think. She is aware that ExH and OW are having a sexual relationship (I didn't tell her their actions betrayed them). She knows OW is sometimes with her husband and then they all do things together!
I never comment (though my tongue is nearly in half) and if she moans I listen but explain I can not tell her Daddy what he can and can't do.
All I can think is that one day, probably when she is a teenager he is going to get backlash with a capital B.
