How do you get your ex dh to pay more maintenance ?

Have tried to get the CSA in the past to contact my ex dh but apparently he just refuses to reply to their letters. Is there anything more I can do. He has upped the payments for my two older kids by £50 in twelve years.

Older ds 18 will be off to Uni in Sept so think my ex will just send him the money direct and stop paying me but still have dd 15 yrs at home to keep.
Any advice out there ? ?

That is a £50 increase every month by the way.
