has anyone been made homeless or WTC/CTC taken off them because ex has also claimed them for 50-50 time?

You ex would need to have child benefit in his name first to claim tax credits, wouldn't he?

Why would you be made homeless? Even if you got a council house on the basis of the kids living with you, no one's going to take it away if they start living mainly with their dad.
