It's taken three years. Just paid my last instalment.

I am now back in control.

Just brought 30 quids worth of make up, which may not seem a lot but it is to me. I nearly wet myself in the shop.

Still on benefits but at least half of my income support isn't getting sucked away anymore.

Just need to finish my Degree now and i'm home dry.

Thanks for people who gave me advice, coddy etc when i have had to go to Magistrates courts and get it sorted.

I even brought that Johnsons Self tan pallaver, so i can look healthy and new.

I hope i'm posting in three years that i've just spent 300 quid on make up in Selfridges.

Actually i don't really, it's slightly vacuous.

though it pissed em right off recenty when iw as in the fine enforcement court and poeple who had 2k of council tax debt written off STILL managed to not pay £25 a month

to reassure oyu we did find a bloke who OWED the CSA 17k VERY guilty( this si a new sentence in my legal world)

adn put a charging order on his house

I rang csa and he's not sent his forms back yet so i don't know what the'r next move will be. I cannot get over he can save up for a wedding, mortgage will be next no doubt.

im stil dealing with my exp's debts after 5 years...ive awasy been told i cant claim them off him or get them written off, but im starting to wonder.
