Hello, I've been a long time lurker but I need some advice.
I found out my now ex was cheating on me when I was pregnant, so we split.
My son is now just over 2 and he has never met his dad as he's not interested. In the past he has threatened court and I said we don't need to go, you can see your son etc and he just backs off and disappears for months/nearly a year.
He goes in between thinking he's the dad to I'm a slag who was sleeping around and now wants DNA. I said he could take me to court for it, I know I have nothing to hide and he is the dad.
Now it's coming up to Christmas and he wants to get him some presents. Fine and I'll believe it when I see it as he has never brought anything for our son.
He says he's taking me to court in the new year for DNA and access and I said fine, but what would you a suggest I say if he wants to visit over Christmas?
I don't know what to do for the best as I don't want my son to miss out but I don't want my ex to push me around.
