Can a judge at a final contact hearing insist on direct handovers. Even if there is history of dv and an injunction?
Really need to know. Tia

Maybe ask on Legal for definate answers - when Ex had to have supervised contact, I had to do the contact supervision (it was always in public) It was one of the reasons why I didn't go for an NMO and just had an occupancy order. if I'd got an nMO it would have meant that the kids didn't see their dad - I'm not sure that a court would allow direct contact if there WAS an injunction.
