My baby's father currently doesn't want to know, and him and I are not on speaking terms. There is a lot of bad feeling between us.

I've done my research in terms of his rights and responsibilities regarding baby, and my question is:

Should he change his mind in the future and we end up in court, does it count against me if I've blocked all available channels of communication??

For example, I've moved house, changed my number and blocked him on social networking sites.

Thanks x

Not really. If he changes his mind and wants to know he can apply to the courts who can find your address to send any court papers.

That's a relief! If we were in any form of contact I would try and get evidence. As it is, I just want to protect us as much as possible.
