Once the CSA has caught up with an x do you get any notification of this?

Need to know as my x reckons he has recieved a letter and i'm not sure i believe him. They have taken three years if thats the case. Also how long would it take, if he is telling the truth, for me to now start recieving money. Another three years?

Thanks, i will check the website, do you still have to chase them once they have made contact with your x and does it get backdated once they have contacted your x. Sorry for all the questions.

my ex owes over 18K for his first son, and I havent received a penny in 3yrs, I got allocated £5.25 a week. I can't tell them where he lives but i can tell them where he drinks every night Angry

fairyfly · 19/03/2006 19:14

So they must have the area he lives in? It's all b@llshit, none of this money is ever going to get paid out. I know for a fact my x will drop the hours he works to a bare minimum while he fills in the form.
I think the most shocking thing in the first place is the fact they don't feel duty bound to support their kids in the first place and have to be pressured to against their will. It disgusts me.
