Hi,

I'm a single mum in receipt of income support. I recently got a letter along with a review form (I'm not due a review) from a branch other than my own. It has GI/CI stamped all over the form (and on the envelope I'm supposed to return it in) so i'm wondering if anyone knows what this GI/CI means?

I'm concerned too. I recieved the same form say it was a review.

I did some googling and found that they are sending review forms to claimants who are deemed to be "high risk". I'm not sure though how they figure that out though.
