I have a 6 year old I'm I'm my own with her, I'm seperated, her dad lives in a different state. I'm so stressed I can't sleep even with ambien. Last night j had to download "war sounds" app on my phone and sleep with an air raid. I was in Iraq for year and a half, 4 Years ago. Pretty messed up I know.
